The 360 Emergence is an embodiment, free-form, movement practice motivated by an ethic of care that bridges dance and personal growth, rigor and freedom, individuality and the global collective.
The 360 Emergence offers movement maps that create journeys of discovery, healing, and actualization.
We create a community of communities
that connect local embodied practice to a global embodiment movement.
We are evolutionary movement artists in service to the emergence of each person who shows up in our laboratories. We curate sonic movement journeys and containers that weave the ever changing human into becoming accountable and fluid, leader-full and in-sight full. We are steeped in dance, ceremony, literature, fashion, theater, strength, and humor.
We are heart activists animating our inside education of the ancient future. The body is our divining rod, music our ally, silence our guide. In this time of fragmentation, information overload, lets unplug from the network and plug into the net that works.
The 360 awakens its 10,000 eyes to see from every perspective, to walk the worlds between ordinary and nonordinary reality.

Samantha Lane brings a graceful and dynamic invitation for healing through her presence and embodied leadership. Embodying her mission of profound social change and conscious evolution with twenty-eight years of facilitation; she uncovers and revels in the potency of being awake and alive. She is certified in Nia, 5Rhythms, and The 360 Emergence.
With training in The Polyvagal Theory and Trauma-Sensitive Mindfulness, she empowers self-regulation and magnifies radical loving kindness. Informed by her own keen awareness of injury and trauma, Samantha guides dance spaces from coast to coast; encouraging community effervescence everywhere she goes. She is regularly involved with global offerings from The 360 Co-Founders while also a community builder in central Virginia. Samantha offers labs, immersions, retreats and 1:1 sessions.
Alecia Dirks of Plan a Dream LLC is a committed practitioner of The 360 Emergence, an Embodied Youth 360 Teacher-in-Training, and a digital marketing consultant, working in cooperation with facilitators to expand embodiment opportunities in the Twin Cities.
